What can you say?

We visited friends on the Isle of Sheppey for a walk, tea and scones and a meal. First time we’ve been there for many a year.

In addition Bob joined us for the walk and Sue came along afterwards when she’d completed another round of dialysis.

My it was hot, even on the seafront. As the tide came in a sea breeze sprang up bringing some much needed relief. I used to go to this seafront at Sheppey a lot when the boys were young. I can’t remember how many years since we were last here, perhaps over 25?

Todays blip was taken on the Shingle Bank at Sheppey Leas. Apparently, the vehicle is often parked there. How it gets there is a mystery to me. Is it lived in? It’s one of the most surprising sights I’ve seen.

Then you notice that a steering wheel lock has been fitted, why?
