I Did It!!!!!!!

I finally blipped a bird. I guess if you try long enough good things can happen. I can never seem to get close enough to blip a bird before they fly away. My zoom lens doesn't get close enough either so you can actually see the bird. Well, can you believe this? As I was driving out of my neighborhood today there was this bird just sitting in the road. I pull up, he didn't move, I rolled the window down on the car, he didn't move. I got my camera out. Opened it up and took the blip. I couldn't believe it. I thought I'll take another one. Nope, that wasn't to be. I think I have reached my quota for this year, ONE. I see on my deck where a bird is building a nest. Guess I will just leave it there for more blip opportunities. Hope all of my blipper friends who keep showing off their bird blips will be proud of me. ;-) Now, I too can blip a bird. Oh, and don't ask me what kind it is because I haven't a clue. What you want me to bllip a bird and then be able to tell you what it is also. Never going to happen. Well perhaps if it's a robin. I do know those when I see them.
