Let It Bee

Today's shot is another in my recent catalogue of windowsill blips. I was going to try and get a picture of a real life bee but firstly I'm far too slow to capture one (I spend far too long focusing) and secondly I haven't got a macro lens to truly do it justice - so here is a picture of a edible marzipan and icing sugar bee, which has escaped from the surface of a now very stale cake, sitting atop my rather raddled looking collection of windowsill succulents (I've completely forgotten to give them any water based sustenance over the last few days despite them being in full sun - sorry guys!).

In other news it finally looks like Bojo might at long last be heading towards the exit after Rishi Sunak and Sajid Javid very belatedly managed to locate a spine each and decided to resign. They'll still have to drag the the lying t*sser out by his fingernails though - only a few days ago he was gibbering on about serving a third term. What utterly deluded planet does this man live on!! Our country deserves far better than a Prime Minister who has now become a laughing stock.
