BP first thing - upping the weights but hopefully won’t end up like Popeye!  

Sad day attending funeral for B - fellow blippers husband.  Lovely service led by Humanist celebrant with thoughtful kind words, bravely spoken by family members.  The committal music was perfect and it was a ‘good send off’ - I am sure B would have been chuffed!  

Home for catch up with OH and admire the start he has made on the kitchen window - hot day for rubbing down paintwork!  

The picture is of my dahlias - I started picking them and will still be picking in October hopefully.
