Went out at 19:30

Lazy day. Finally got out this evening when it had cooled down a little. But started to turn muggier on return.

People swimming in the sea, having fun. Salvation Army band playing in the Lower Gardens. All rather lovely.

Now back home. Lying on bed. Feet hot. Off to get a wet towel to cool them down. About 24c tonight.
