2022 Sunday — Dead Whale Calf

Whales are currently active here on California’s Central Coast in the Estero Bay. A dead baby humpback whale has washed-up on shore here in Cayucos.

There is much speculation about whether the calf was attacked by orcas or by great white sharks. The experts will determine which predators it was by the wound marks.
