An Unfolding Blessing

We have four quadrants of Blessings roses in the parterre outside our kitchen window. This particular Blessings bloom is just starting to unfurl, which feels like a metaphor for our life from today onwards. 

As our wedding text says, "This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it."
