Phenomenal

I went to the allotment on Sunday and harvested the courgettes - even the small ones no bigger than a large finger. Three and a half days later, these have appeared! Andy has been busy making courgette fritters which we had for lunch and dinner. He also makes courgette soup which is surprisingly delicious. I think tonight we’ll be looking for some additional dishes into we can put these big green beauties!
