Cruising

A day of there and back again. Due to changes from our original route plans, we travelled on towards Leeds today before turning around at Apperley Bridge and retracing our steps. There were a fair few locks and swing bridges so plenty to keep us active. It was also a day of mixed weather, very sunny at times, less so at others but all very pleasant.

On our canal boat trips we always bring a good supply of healthy, floating duck food. It is enjoyed by all the birds on the canal, today predominantly geese and swans, see extra. Very entertaining.

I walked quite a lot of the day again so plenty of chances to photograph our boat like the blip.
