On the pull....

The plan was to bale and wrap the grass I cut earlier in the week
That plan went out the window as we had 5 mm of rain this morning. Much needed, but not really enough to do any good.
So spent the morning getting the silage pit ready for hopefully cutting sometime next week. This meant hanging plastic sheets up along the sleeper walls to make them airtight. As usual muggins here did the acrobatics along the top of the walls while Kev stayed firmly in the ground.
By lunch time we had it more or less done,so spent the afternoon dismantling the fence next to the sand quarry as they want in to the next phase. Had to haul the stobs out with a chain as the ground that dry they wouldn't move.
By tonight I had most of it done. Hopefully will get the silage baled tomorrow. The joys .......
