You need to be when you have a hygienist who looks like a kitten but mauls you like big game. Boy did I get done over today. Definitely not a man of steel.

Had a lovely walk around our local back streets with TSM tonight - lovely to go out and talk as the sun sets, doing a bit of power walking to stretch the legs and lungs after a day in the office.
