Today we have the cake that wasn't blipped yesterday due to unfortunate accidents. I've also just realised that the offending Irn Bru is lurking in the background. Normally this cake comes out as a tray bake about 1 1/2" deep. Made in a cake tin it's over 3" of delicious carroty goodness.

Busy so can't write more. Off to visit family this weekend so may upload whilst there or may backblip on Monday.
