Along the path

It’s necessarily a very quiet day - a little post-trip sorting, going through photos, some catching up on blip and reading. 

G has a concert tonight - Conwy Town Orchestra’s summer concert. This morning, I tell him I’m really not up to going, but by late afternoon I’m feeling significantly better. There’s a pre-concert rehearsal so I take the opportunity for a short walk along the quay to the local nature reserve and take some shots of the wild flowers growing at the side of the path.

Back at the church, the concert goes well. G finds himself leading once again as the actual leader has Covid. He does well, and there the added bonus of the roses and bottle of wine he is presented with at the  end of the evening!
