Our piece of land in Perthshire

As my youngest once called it.
This is the headache, the 7 year battle and divorce settlement  that has cost me more money than it's  worth.
After years of marketing,  legal wrangling and many a sleepless night, it still lies unloved  and unwanted. What do you do with randsome  land? If you have answers, let me know.
