The Blue Hour…..

…… with a hint of magenta, probably an effect of the Tongan volcanic eruption. A sunny morning after a heavy frost. I got a phone call from Wairau Hospital early this afternoon. It was Keith’s nurse for the morning shift phoning to tell me Keith has Covid-19. What a blow. Poor Keith was looking forward to coming home in a few days time. Our family members, Margaret and Emily, and myself, who have visited him recently have consistently tested negative via RAT tests. I talked with Keith briefly by phone this evening. He doesn’t sound any different really . So that is a plus. So it’s one day at a time for us all.
