6 20 am Run

It was 18 deg at 6 30 by 7 15.am sweltering.
I.do love the sunshine just not running in the heat.
Impossible to regulate temperature and all day rehydrating.
Greenwich is so beautiful.
Rest.of.day inside mad nice Mediterranean Aubergine in tomato and garlic sauce.. with grated Padano cheese; with salad living on salads. Mediterranean style!!  32 deg here today
