Monday Funday

So  whole day with  the lovely daughter.. shopping home stuff on a budget... 
She has built her room and its cosy even with packing boxes.. This girl has an interior design mind..
We had lunch at a v nice place/cafe called The Barn little London.. Woo and woo..then this eveing to Worthing Beach watching Sussex trail runners.. and we took a bottle  of champagne to celebrate a family moment.. Busy busy day..
Saw chiropractor again today hoping more relief.. No work this week told!! with 160 mile round commute in the car.....
