Still summer

Cooler in Worthing than elsewhere in the country, but I was still driven to have a quick cold shower in the afternoon, v refreshing. Then the highlight of the day, a full beach meeting of the complete gang and a very lovely wallow including realising we were all lying like sea otters. All v calming, cooling and relaxing.

Floated home, Wills school have decided they will open in the morning. I couldn’t give a toss this incredibly late in the year but the Worthing Facebook know it all’s have been scathing in their assessment of their closure decision.
