Phew it was hot! 38 degrees - definitely too hot for me. Hence I didn’t do a lot other than try to keep cool. Got a text yesterday to say that the builders would be back on Wednesday. Think that’s very sensible but there were men working on the lift extension next door all day!
Contemplated all my pieces of art work which are at least now all visible (more or less) in the guest bedroom. Actually I’ve just remembered there is one more at my dads and two at Js- all really big pieces. Don’t really know where to start with where to hang them but keep going in and having a look and I think things will begin to fall into place. I have decided that I don’t really have any suitable for the sitting room so can buy more if I see stuff I like and will fit in there
Went to the hygienist in the afternoon. Thought about cancelling because of the heat and the receptionist said they didn’t have AC but when I arrived I was ushered into a delightfully chilled ( AC unit in corner) room. Only one more day of this thank goodness!
