Clouds

Our hottest summer day of the year but nothing like the heatwave further south - however, we heard thunder a couple of times during the day, which is a first for me on Shetland. After a morning in the garden went for a nice wander on the beach mid-afternoon and a run later. Very hard not to be preoccupied with the climate emergency, though, and the apparent unwillingness of political leaders across the world to come together and do what’s needed.
