Early bird catches the beach before it gets busy or hot*. Bit of a SUP week for me which will be a nice change. Don't do much work sup, which suits me fine tbh. Once you get past jumping in (and it takes a while, I'm a jumping in fan!) I find them a tad boring on not windy lochs. Very much enjoying getting the hang of white water SUP and attempting sailing when it's windy. But when it's sheltered it's a bit meh. 

*Scottish hot and busy obvs. So not that much of either!
