Pork

Seared pork loin, garlicky green beans, and brown rice. Wine: Erath Willakia Vineyard Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2015.

I did on odd spice experiment on the pork which paid off. Hot Hungarian paprika, anise seeds (few), and celery seeds (fewer) do work nicely together in this context.
