Butternut squash

I've tried growing butternut squashes before and I've nearly always failed.

Not this year. I still can't get over how huge this butternut squash is! It looks like there might have been a bit of cross-pollination between my Uchiki Kuri squashes and Waltham Butternut squashes too, but I don't mind so long as it's tasty!
