The Cascade

I thought the Council had made a good job of this area of Ventnor. Facing the sea, the road behind is known as The Cascade. It’s a pity about the newly painted bright blue block of flats in the background. I think when the scaffolding is down it will stand out rather too much.
My sister and I saw a magnificent Cascade in San Francisco. I forget the name. Obviously it was on a much larger scale but I like our miniature version.
