Red Hot!

We did the right thing not  going away. 

We decided the coolest place to go to walk would be Park Road woods, on the  north side of a  very narrow valley they are always cool. But everyone else seemed to have the same idea. The  narrow lane was full of cars so we turned round and went to Abbey House which was quiet. 

Back home and the temperature was rising.. well in to the mid 20s.. but not as hot as Notinghamshire which was 37.  Wed have fried. 
The house has thick walls and is cool. We are lucky
