Rain

The rain arrived in the late afternoon and it was very welcome. Torrential dramatic rain that is quite mesmerising.
I was pleased that I managed a yoga class, albeit a gentle one, with no twinges. I now have some idea about how debilitating back pain can be. Fairly certain it was caused by lifting my case 10 days ago or so too enthusiastically on and off the airport bus, four times.
A visit to R this afternoon and we watched the video of Liv walking for the first time. I think I have now viewed it more times than I’ve watched Paddington Bear and the Queen.
