Friday: Just Flowers

As I was putting out the washing this morning I noticed that the yellow leaved elderflower has many heads of flowers, flowering much later than the black-leaved elderflower which is just a couple of yards away.
The paths are all covered with dead leaves - feels like a very early autumn … in July!
Rain is forecast almost every day but we’ve missed all the showers or the showers have missed us!
MrD had a long and busy day of deliveries - we’re both very tired :-((
