Journey’s End

We left Kent late morning and had a predictably tedious journey home round the M25. There was talk of fuel protests adding to the chaos on one of the busiest days of the year for holiday travel. Fortunately these did not materialise on our route. There were, however, horrendous passport delays at Dover causing a critical incident to be declared.

My Blip shows one of my friends from our student days. He’s competing at Prescott Hill Climb tomorrow. I met him to walk the course in the rain this evening. Looking forward to watching him compete tomorrow.
