Evening Out

Katie was very grown up today. I was out from 7am. I cooked her breakfast and saw her when she got up, but then she practised independently most of the morning. She came to see me and a few people at work and got herself a hot chocolate before she went home for lunch. She had some telly time, she baked, she started her packing and then she walked to Bs house. They walked to the cinema, stopping to get a sweetie pot from the poundshop, then they went to see the Railway Children. They walked Katie home, stopping in town for picnic pizza.

I arrived home to her in her pj's, fresh gingerbread, the kitchen looking fabulous from her clean up and snuggles she chatted about her day.
