Delicate……

Magnolia Stellata….. so delicate, so dainty. I am guessing it is either “Dawn” or “Rosea”. It is a large tree beside a footbridge in the Waterlea Gardens section of Pollard Park. I stopped by there late this afternoon. It was busy in the playground and there were families strolling through the gardens and park.
Keith is still in isolation with Covid-19 in Wairau Hospital. We can’t visit him but I left a parcel of AAA batteries at the hospital front desk to be delivered to him. He had phoned me late last night asking for the batteries. He sounded tired but relatively cheerful.
