Bedraggled Peacock Feather!

17°C  -  10 mph Wind Speed  -  21 mph Gusts  -  Rain.  Raining most of the day  -  no visitors  -  so altogether not too bright a day as typified by this rather bedraggled Peacock feather  -  I have tried to brighten it up a bit though with some post-processing!
