Grim up north?

Not this morning. It was beautiful. 23 C and sunny when we arrived at 9 o’clock. We saw the DFDS ferry come in as usual both it and we were on time.

Lovely walk on the beach collecting sea glass with a lady walking the same way as us. Lunch at my parents and then tea at MrH’s.

And then as it was time to leave it was grimmer than grim with torrential rain. Slowed us down but back safe and sound.
