Hypericum, amazingly resilient to drought. It’s about the only plant in the garden that isn’t showing a lack of rain. It’s in a border against the house and north facing. 

The bees love the yellow flowers in the spring, but surprisingly the birds are not interested in the berries.

A day of bits and pieces. B drove to table tennis this afternoon, I walked with Amber to meet him and got a lift home via the Coop. 

I watched the final day of the World Athletics Championships, excellent. It’s not long to wait for the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, they start on Thursday!!!!
