Sudeley Castle

When I grow up I want to live here.

The hour-plus journeys to and fro, through beloved leafy Warwickshire and the rolling Cotswolds are breath-taking; good for the soul.

Trees bursting into life, Spring flowers and lambs, tiny and almost endless undulating lanes, the old Roman road, the Fosse Way, that I know so well.

Today, from the top of the hill, the view was so crisp and clear that I could see for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles..... easily into Wales.....
