Tebay (southbound) view

From previous experience I knew it was safest to grab an image on my way south. It was all going so well until I saw a sign saying ‘M6 closed J21-20’. Had to take the diversion suggested as not being able to stop and look at a map I didn’t know what J21-20 involved. Took the diversion, stopped at a services (Rivington - who knew?) to look at map and determine that the problem must be on the dreaded Thelwall Viaduct! So, nothing for it except a crawl down the M61 to the M60, a crawl around that until I attained the giddy heights of crawling down the M56! (Hope I’m not boring you.)

Eventually got to destination, or more importantly bed, in the general direction of Banbury.
