Sunflowers

In 1996, Ukraine committed to total nuclear disarmament. To honor the occasion, representatives from the U.S., Ukraine, and Russia planted sunflowers in the locations where there had previously been nuclear missile silos


Our house is full of sunflowers at the moment, symbols of healing. Although TSM didn’t have a great day due to overdoing exercise this morning. 


I have been unnaturally tired today so frustration all ‘round. Am enjoying ”Booth" by Karen Jay Fowler ‘though.
