Hooked up

This keeps the gate closed when the owners of the property are elsewhere, which is most of the time. I've walked by this place many times and have only seen the gate open a couple of times. There's such a housing shortage on the island, very few rentals. Homes that are owned by people who don't live here and only come for the occasional weekend plus legal and illegal Airbnbs and other vacation rentals add to the problem. It's a shame to see places sitting empty when someone could be living there.
