Feed me!

I was entertained this morning by a family of greenfinches on the bird feeder. Despite being perfectly able to feed him/herself, the young bird on the feeder instinctively opened it’s mouth and flapped it’s wings to ask for food from the parent who duly obliged! Although it may look like it, the bird feeder was not quite empty and was refilled as soon as they had gone, my duty done too!
