Looking at You

After a productive phone call with my bank relationship manager (I've only just discovered I had one!), I headed over to the National Trust's "The Vyne " to escape the noise of the forever ongoing building works opposite and a walk.

With a lot of the gardens turned over to meadow and meadow-like planting, the butterflies were out in force.  All common ones, but good to see.

I rather liked this peacock framed against the Tudor red-brick wall in the walled garden, showing off those eyes which definitely stare at you!
