Astrantia

I don't have many flowers in the garden at the moment so the astrantia volunteered to be my Flower Friday!
Had a good swim this morning and some exercising was done too.  Now watching the Commonwealth Games swimmers in the open water (triathletes).
In extra - I see the astrantia is housing some bugs!  These are near some nasturtium plants which are quite well covered with aphids (and ants).  
I have removed those plants now - Hey ho.
