Arghhhhhh

I woke a few times during the night with a headache and sore throat however a painkiller at 7 am really helped me get back to sleep. When I woke back up about 9.30 am I just felt like I had a head cold. However, something made me think I should take a covid test just in case and bingo second red line came up! I had avoided it this long, Alfie has it too. Luckily I don't feel too bad. 

Rested today to make sure my body has time to heal, took a short walk at 2 pm up to cliff tops to feel the sea breeze, the patterns the water made and the patterns the swimming fish made had me mesmerised for a while
