Boat Storage!

Mrs S was at Annie’s today for some minor pampering before we set off tomorrow. On our way back we called in to pick up our hire car, when booking we were asked “what do you require?” to which we replied, “air conditioning and cruise control”.
Having made considerable savings on the original quote by booking online and receiving Veterans Discount it came as no surprise to find out that adding Mrs S as a driver was £15.50 per day, additional insurance to reduce our excess was another £20 per day and finally a refundable £200 to cover ‘incidentals’ that bought the cost of a six day car hire to a little under £1,000!!
Apart from loading the car we are almost ready.

No rowing this evening, RNA Branch Meeting night and as I walked down I noticed this dinghy in someone’s front garden. Over the years I have seen all sorts decorating the gardens on our road but a dinghy is a first.
