Seaside

Well.... House 1 was much better in the flesh than on paper, but is MASSIVELY over priced, sealed bids on Monday. I will make an offer but I'm not prepared to pay what they are asking so I expect it will be rejected. The fact I'm chain free might help, depending how greedy they are.

Himself thought it was "ok", a positive 

House 2 was better priced, in a location we both slightly preferred in terms of pubs social life (pubs and bars) but was too small and a completely impractical layout. Four bedrooms in estate agent speak but only two decent ones. 

We had a good day, no-one cried, no-one shouted and we're still talking. That's an improvement on previous unicorn shopping trips.

It was nice to see the sea.
