World Embroidery Day 2022

It was suggested that we put a photo on Instagram of oneself at work sewing. So I had planned I would be sitting outside working on Flag 30, which is a sampler. I would have a nice backdrop of trees and fields and blue sky.

It has rained and drizzled . . . all day. So this is me at work in the conservatory, with a view of sorts through the window.

Gordon was at the first football match of the season (in July!) - they played well and won. He’s happy.

I got a picture from Joanne - the two of them outside Islington Town Hall. They had cycled there and were heading off to a gallery and lunch. They didn’t cycle there on this day in 2010 - for their wedding.
