I certainly got my exercise in today. I hit the mountains in Ashiya at 07:30 and reached the summit of Mount Rokko at 10:30. I enjoyed an early picnic lunch up there before heading down the north face, then reached Takarazuka City 13:50. 

The first extra is facing south over Nishinomiya, Amagasaki and Osaka from the summit of Mount Rokko. The second is overlooking Takarazuka.

Another cold shower was most welcome after hiking for six hours in up to 38°C.
