Sunday Lunch chez nous!
We shucked some oysters, cooked some oyster po’boy, and prepared some Charentais melon wrapped in Parma ham for our guests today.
The water was quickly cleared away, and they brought out glasses of Rully and we chatted in the shade for a couple of hours.
Their children loved oysters/tried and didn’t like/refused to try and we ate what was left, and we planned the seafood needed for the last week of their holiday!
