Ratatouille

We spent most of the day down in the veg garden trying to untangle the pumpkins from the tomatoes from the beans from the butternuts! 
The weather was cloudy with a small shower at lunchtime, and around 20 degrees, perfect for working in the garden!
Then I made ratatouille with everything from the garden, using Veronica’s recipe, but I left the pips in the tomatoes which wasn’t in the recipe!
