No flies on me

I tried several shots for the Mono Monday theme of 'worm's eye view' but couldn't get anything that I liked.  While trying to get inspiration this fly came into the kitchen and landed on the window next to me.  He was fairly obliging in staying still but not so much in getting into a position where I could get a good shot, and with the light coming in through the window I was only getting a silhouette.  However, a bit of prodding with a piece of paper got him into position and shining a torch on him got rid of the light problem.

The little spider was on the other side of the glass, so the fly wasn't about to meet a grisly end after the photoshoot.
