Bryn y cadno

Today's the day ................... to camp

It really is a long time since we've camped under canvas but that is what we've opted to do for the next three nights.  And, what's more Bryn y cadno (Hill of the Fox) is an eco-camping site, with only a few pitches and only the minimum of facilities.

These are the wheelbarrows provided for you to transport your tent etc out to where you will be camping - because, of course, cars are not allowed anywhere near - and this is one of the three cats on 'welcoming new arrivals'  duty. 

So we have now pitched our tent and made the acquaintance of our next-door neighbours - a lovely family from near Chippenham, Wiltshire.  We're all set for the outdoor life .......................?!
