Leafy Trees ...

... towering over our back steps very late this afternoon.  Another hot sunny day.

We  made a quick trip to drop off mail at our nearby post office and pick up drugs at CVS downtown.  

This afternoon we watched tennis in Washington DC.  Venus Williams, whom we hadn't seen for at least a couple of years, lost to Rebecca Marino  of Canada in three sets. We were sad, above all since we may well not see Venus again--she's 42.
